Beignets stuffed with almond butter, and a topping of passionfruit/lime/mango purée and Rosemary hot chocolate infused with ginger
Ingredients
Dark Chocolate, Rosemary, Ginger, Flour, Eggs, Almond, Butter, Sugar, Lime, PassionFruit, Mango, Baking Powder.
Description
Beignets dough – Melted butter into warm milk. Stirred in sugar, eggs, baking powder. Left it aside for a bit and then fried them. Cooled them in the refrigerator for a bit before stuffing them with the almond butter.
Almond butter – Ground up almonds in the food processor and mixed a bit of butter into the mixture
Tangy purée topping – Simmered passionfruit pulp and mango in a pan with a bit of sugar. Added lime juice. Mixed in lime zest as well. Puréed it for a topping.
Rosemary hot chocolate infused with ginger – Simmered Rosemary in milk. Added the dark chocolate cup up coarsely. Once done and the Rosemary flavour was infused, added grated ginger and let it steep until before serving.

Description
Put sugar and water into a pot and boil them and then add milk and mix till the color change of the mixture to a golden brown after that add Chocolate and Biscuit to the same container and mix well and the stain it all and after that put 2 eggs into the mixture and let it settle for a bit and then bake.
